How similiar are 4 string and 5 string bass guitars when learning?
Q. I recently got a 5 string bass guitar and was planning on teaching myself until next year. However, I have found that most of the online lessons are for four strings. Is there must difference in the method? If so what are the main differences and is it ok to learn from one of the 4 string lessons on a 5 string? A. The difference in the method is that you've got two or three more low notes per scale. Just learn what they are, per key. Map out the notes on paper, then memorize that graph. Sublimate the repeating patterns that make up "musical structure."

How bad does a 5 day drug suspension look on my college application?
Q. I received a 5 day out of school suspension for being under the influence of marijuana at school. I am currently a freshman and I am 15 years old. I have a 3.5 gpa, I play 3 sports at the school, in debate club, in all honors courses and I speak fluent spanish. I have a sister at Georgetown and I plan on going to a big university as well. A. They don't look at that stuff at all. Universities only look at what you send them like grades, activites, SAT scores, or letters of recommendation. I had a 5 day suspension for alcohol and have skipped weeks of school at a time and I still got into most of the UC's I applied to including UCLA. Just make sure to really stop doing those things or your gpa might get hurt. Good luck!

Q. I've my boyfriend's parents coming over in a bit for dinner and I'm not sure if there's a big difference between medium eggs and large eggs. 5 large eggs, says the recipe. A. It really wouldn't matter at all because in most recipes eggs are used to keep things held together otherwise it may crumble and fall a part into pieces very easily, but this would depend on what your cooking. But i'd go for 6 medium eggs. They said large eggs for a reason :)

According to Kotler's Principles of Marketing, the 5 five sages of the buying decision process includes: need recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision and postpurchase behaviour. Makes sense. But then he also writes about the 5 stages of the adoption process, which to me are quite similar yet not the same: awareness, interest, evaluation, trial and adoption. So what exactly is the difference? And how do they relate to eachother? I'm so confused! And it's for my thesis!

A. You need to say what kind of number you are referring to, and to how many decimal places. If you're looking for the greatest whole number and/or integer, use a calculator to get the value of 2 root 5, which is 4.47. The greatest number smaller than that would be 4 and the smallest number greater than that would be 5. If you need decimals to the tenths or hundredths or thousandths, or ten thousandths, etc, you can find that too, just by carrying out the 2 root 5 to 4.472135955 and finding the number just below and just above that in each decimal place. A. Look at the date you became permanent resident by looking at your green card and it is stated right there on top of where it says expiration of green card date. You calculate 5 years from that date (not the date you actually might have received the physical card in the mail). It is essentially your green card application was formally approved. You can only apply three months prior to becoming eligible.

A. Bordetella is a vaccine all by itself. The 5 way DHLPP vaccine is for distemper, hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. There is also another vaccine often used that is the DA2PP and that covers Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza. Different vets in different areas usually use different vaccines for diseases that are prevalent in the area. I know in many areas they just use the DHPP vaccine since Lepto isn't something that is commonly an issue.

A. You can give some light juices like pear and apple about 4 months. I used pear and apple juice in my daughters cereal to start out with also. You want to avoid juices like orange that will be higher in acid. A baby can start eating rice cereal about 4 mo. then go from there with the different cereals.
